Login with Amazon information
If you choose Login with Amazon, Amazon may provide information covered by the permissions displayed on Amazon’s consent screen. Depending on the permissions you approve, this may include:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your Amazon account identifier.
TQ Central does not receive your Amazon password. Enter Amazon credentials only on an Amazon-controlled sign-in page.
Login with Amazon is used for authentication. It does not, by itself, authorize TQ Central to access a Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Amazon Advertising account.
Amazon business-account information
If you separately authorize a Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Amazon Advertising connection, TQ Central may receive scoped authorization tokens and the business information covered by the permissions you approve.
Depending on the services enabled for your organization, this information may include:

- Sales and sell-through reports.
- Purchase orders and purchase-order status.
- Forecasting and demand information.
- Inventory and availability information.
- Advertising campaigns, spend, sales, and performance information.
- Marketplace and account identifiers.
- Returns, fees, revenue, and related operational reports.
- Other Amazon business reports specifically enabled for your organization.
We obtain this information through Amazon-authorized interfaces and use it to provide the dashboards, reports, forecasts, integrations, and account-management functions requested by your organization.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website or portal, we may collect:
- IP address.
- Browser and device information.
- Pages or portal features accessed.
- Dates, times, request timing, and session activity.
- Error, diagnostic, authentication, and security logs.
- Referring pages and general interaction information.
- When you submit a demonstration or contact request through our website, the IP address the request came from is stored with the request. We use it to detect and prevent abuse, such as spam and automated submissions, and to limit repeated submissions from one connection.
The portal may use local storage, session storage, cookies, or similar browser technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and preserve page state. Our infrastructure and content-delivery providers may also receive ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, and request time.
We do not use TQ Central information for third-party behavioral advertising.

We do not use Amazon business information for a purpose unrelated to providing or supporting the TQ Central services authorized by the customer.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information:
- To perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps.

- For our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving TQ Central.
- To comply with legal obligations.
- To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing supported by another lawful basis.

TQ Central does not sell personal information.
TQ Central does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not use Amazon business information for third-party advertising.
If these practices change, we will update this notice and provide any legally required choices before beginning the new activity.
7. Amazon Authorization and Revocation
You control whether TQ Central is connected to your Amazon accounts.
You may:
- Remove Login with Amazon authorization through your Amazon account.
- Revoke Seller Central or Vendor Central access through the applicable Amazon account settings.
- Revoke Amazon Advertising access through the applicable advertising console.
- Contact us to request disconnection or deletion.
Revoking authorization prevents future access through that authorization. It does not automatically delete information previously received by TQ Central. Previously received information will be handled according to this notice, our customer agreement, applicable law, and Amazon requirements.
8. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Retention is determined using factors such as:
- Whether a customer account or subscription remains active.
- Whether information is needed to provide requested services.
- Contractual requirements and customer deletion instructions.
- Security, fraud-prevention, backup, and disaster-recovery periods.
- Legal, accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations.
- Requirements imposed by Amazon or other applicable platforms.
When information is no longer required, we delete it, de-identify it, or place it beyond active use until scheduled backup deletion. A deletion request may be subject to limited legal, security, contractual, and backup-retention exceptions.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.
These measures may include encrypted network connections, access controls, scoped authorization tokens, logging, and limits on personnel access.
No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization.
To exercise a privacy right, contact us using the method in the Contact section.
